Havayolu İşletmelerinin Covid-19 Öncesi ve Covid-19 Sürecindeki Finansal Performanslarının TOPSIS Yöntemi ile Değerlendirilmesi(Evaluation of the Financial Performance of Airlines Before and During the Covid-19 Process with TOPSIS Method)

Purpose – The purpose of this study is to compare and evaluate the financial performances leading airline companies in Europe before during Covid-19 process. Design/methodology/approach  In study, 7 top 10 terms number passengers 2019, second quarter fourth 2019 2020 were taken into consideration. Financial ratios, which are frequently used literature, calculated through data obtained from reports published by be performance evaluation, for each period airline. Then, with help analyzed using TOPSIS (Technique Order Preference Similarity Ideal Solution) method. Findings  According findings as a result analysis, respectively; Pegasus Airlines (PGS), International Group (IAG), Aeroflot (AFL), Norwegian (NAX), Air France-KLM (AFR-KLM), Turkish (THY) Lufthansa (DLH). In companies, AFR-KLM, DLH, AFL, THY, IAG, PGS NAX. 2020, ranking;  NAX, PGS, IAG DLH. Discussion  As it was seen that differed three periods evaluated.
